Plug-In NCWs precursor organization began in 2005 and evolved several times before becoming affiliated with NCWEDD about 2013.
We are a volunteer, non-profit committee under the umbrella of the NCW Economic Development District.
Our mission is to encourage EV tourism to north central WA.
We pursue this mission by advocating the electrification of all forms of transportation, educating the public about the benefits of EVs whenever possible, and coordinating the installation of free high amperage Level 2 (haL2) charging stations at host locations throughout north central WA. There are currently 20 haL2 charging stations.
